Account Executive
|
| ANTICIPATED START DATE: |

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred; 2+ years experience in Account Services within the Internet Marketing or Web development industries required. On-line media experience is a plus; basic understanding of web development and/or eLearning is a plus. Must be self-motivated and team-oriented; able to manage multiple clients and projects; possess strong problem solving skills; demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills required. Experience in the K-20 area a plus.

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Works with clients from their initial inquiry, including demonstrating products and services, timely follow-up, and contract/MOU development. Prepares complex proposals and recommends product and service options. Analyzes client needs, builds trust, and develops solutions in conjunction with technical services, higher education, or K-12 teams. Manages internal team schedule, coordinates and runs meetings, and tracks projects through completion. Manages project day-to-day updates and maintenance requests. Produces estimates, agendas, meeting notes, status reports and invoice notices for billing department. Participates in developing new business opportunities as well as market CTDLC initiatives.
