The Charter Oak State College Foundation and the participants in the Charter Oak State College Women in Transition program thank the organizations and individuals who have helped make the possibility of earning a college degree a reality. The Women in Transition program provides educational opportunities to low-income, single mothers by providing grants, academic counseling, loaned computers, and Internet access, eliminating the need for additional childcare and transportation costs.
