Charter Oak State College offers a variety of financial aid programs in the form of grants, fee-awards, and loans to eligible students. The amount and type of assistance for most programs will be dependent on your financial need, enrollment plans, as well as federal, state and institutional allocations of annual funds, and expected family contribution (EFC).

• January 1, 2010 is the earliest date to file a FAFSA for the 2010-2011 academic year.
• Federal student aid will be awarded to all eligible students on a continuous basis as applications are recieved.
• Information regarding the Summer 2011 financial aid process will be available mid-Spring 2011.
