	Bachelor's Degree Requirement Change Please read if you matriculated prior to 7/1/2009 The requirements for earning a bachelor's degree at Charter Oak State College changed on July 1, 2009. As of that date, all bachelor's degree students who do not have a faculty reviewed and approved concentration on their records need to take a capstone course in their area of concentration.
