Commencement Ceremonies - June 5th, 2011
The Class of 2011 will celebrate commencement on Sunday, June 5 in New Britain, CT. More than 500 students will graduate, with 170 attending the ceremony in-person, to mark the occasion with family, friends, faculty and staff. Bachelor's Degree Requirement Change
Please read if you matriculated prior to 7/1/2009
The requirements for earning a bachelor's degree at Charter Oak State College changed on July 1, 2009. As of that date, all bachelor's degree students who do not have a faculty reviewed and approved concentration on their records need to take a capstone course in their area of concentration.
