Citation winners are selected on the basis of exceptional accomplishments in a field of endeavor and loyalty to the college. Dan Cahill, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Charter Oak State College in 2003. For the past five years he has devoted time and energy to advancing the reputation of the College. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association for 3 years, two of which he was the President. He led the Association as they became involved in new endeavors.
