Charter Oak State College Student Association Mission Statement

 

All Charter Oak State College students are members of the Student Association whose mission is to:
  • Enhance the student experience by sponsoring learning events and resources;
  • Be an advocate for student needs and interests, with Charter Oak's Student Advisory Committee representative to the Board of Regents, administration, staff and faculty; and
  • Encourage and promote opportunities for student, faculty, administration, and staff interaction.

The Student Association sponsors events, workshops and networking opportunities throughout the year.  Stay tuned to your Charter Oak email for information.  Most events are webcast so that no matter where you are located, you have access.                      
  • Student e-Lounge - The Student e-Lounge is the virtual equivalent of the student center on traditional campuses where students can gather informally to seek fellowship, to network, to acquire information or support from their fellow students. Grab a cup of coffee and join us!
