A Community Conversation About the Constitution

US Constitution

You're Invited!

Please join us on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. for a light dinner with fellow students, faculty and staff.

Take a short and thought provoking survey of constitution beliefs. Join in the discussion of beliefs and attitudes on such topics as voting rights, personal freedom and police and community.

The discussion will be led by Dr. Richard Gerber, Professor emeritus at Southern Connecticut State University and instructor of several courses at Charter Oak State College, including Constitutional History.

For those in the area, join us for dinner and a lively discussion. Those at a distance are invited to join us at 6:30 p.m. E.T. for the interactive webcast.

For dinner reservations (dinner is free of charge) or accessibility accommodations, contact Linda Larkin, (860) 515-3841 or llarkin@charteroak.edu.

Free pocket constitutions will be distributed at the event!
