The following is a list of Charter Oak's annual estimated cost of attendance for both new full-time in-state and out-of-state students who are either dependent or independent students. A full time undergraduate student is one who is enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits hours per semester. A student is considered to be a part-time student if registered for fewer than 12 credits hours per semester.  Your answers to the FAFSA dependency questions determines whether you are considered a dependent or independent student.  All costs are approximate and subject to change.
