The following is a list of Charter Oak's annual estimated cost of attendance for both new full-time in-state and out-of-state students who are independent students. A full-time undergraduate student is one who is enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits hours per semester. A student is considered to be a part-time student if registered for fewer than 12 credits hours per semester. Your answers to the FAFSA dependency questions determines whether you are considered an independent student. All costs are approximate and subject to change.
