"Supporting the Charter Oak State College Foundation is so important in today's economy. It is gives an individual, such as myself, the opportunity to assist someone who cannot afford a college education on their own. As Dean of Faculty and an online instructor, here at Charter Oak, I can see firsthand the role the Foundation has in encouraging students to achieve their career goals." - Dr. Patrice Farquharson, Dean of Charter Oak State College Faculty
