Non-Matriculated Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who have applied to Charter Oak State College (applicants), but have not yet matriculated, will be limited to 12 attempted credits before they must matriculate and take their first required course.
Non-matriculated undergraduate students who do not intend to earn an undergraduate degree from Charter Oak State College must also pay the Student Services Fee. This group includes students earning only a credential, students taking courses to transfer back to their home institution, and applicants. Non-matriculated students are not eligible for Financial Aid.
