Business Administration Major

Charter Oak State College offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. The major is printed on the official transcript, but not the diploma.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration requires 120 credits. Thirty (30) credits must be upper level; 30 credits must be liberal arts; and a minimum of 40 must meet the general education requirements.

A Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree requires a minimum of 120 credits total. For the Bachelor of Arts at least 90 credits must be in the liberal arts; 30 in the Bachelor of Science. Thirty (30) credits must be upper level.

Bachelor of Arts in General Studies:

1. General Education requirements must be met.
2. Concentration: minimum of 36 credits
3. Electives added to General Education and Concentration to bring total credits to 120. (A minimum of 90 of the credits must be liberal arts subjects.)

Bachelor of Science in General Studies:

1. General Education requirements must be met.
2. Concentration: minimum of 36 credits
3. Electives added to General Education and Concentration to bring total credits to 120. (A minimum of 30 of the credits must be in liberal arts subjects.)

Health Care Administration Major

Charter Oak State College offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration. The major is printed on the official transcript, but not the diploma.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration requires 120 credits. Thirty (30) credits must be upper level; 30 credits must be liberal arts; and a minimum of 40 must meet the general education requirements.
