Matriculation begins once an accepted applicant completes the deposit, and begins coursework, typically on the first day of class.
In addition to tuition, all deposited/matriculated students must pay the Student Services fee in the Fall and Spring semesters regardless of whether or not they are enrolled in courses. In the Summer semester students will only be charged the Student Services Fee if they are enrolled in a course. The Registrar’s Office will administratively withdraw any student who does not show evidence of academic progress after the last day to register for classes in the third semester. These students must apply for re-admission upon their return and if accepted are responsible for the curriculum requirements and fees at the time of their new acceptance date.
Any student who is sent to the collection agency, through the Bursar’s Office, will be administratively withdrawn from the College as well.
