The Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) is the leading worldwide credential for User Experience practitioners, demonstrating their mastery of the fundamental principles of user-centered design. Human Factors International Certified Usability Analysts (HFI-CUAs) pass a two and a half hour 100 question online examination demonstrating their mastery of the fundamental principles of user-centered design.
Applying for the Credit
Submit a Credential Credit Application to apply for the credit.
- Charter Oak students should log into the ACORN Student Portal and look in Student Self-Service / Student Forms.
- Non-Charter Oak students should contact the PLA Office to request a Credential Credit Application.
